InsideIIM All India CAT Mock Test
Terms & Conditions
- Effective date
- 14 November 2026
- Test window (IST)
- 14 November 2026, 12:00 AM to 15 November 2026, 11:59:59 PM
By registering for or taking this test, participants agree to these terms. The reward programme is conducted independently by InsideIIM and is not a refund programme operated by CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP or CMAT examination authorities.
1. Eligibility and registration
1.1. Participation in the mock test is free. Each participant must register with accurate name, mobile number, email address and state or union territory of residence.
1.2. Only one account and one valid attempt per person are permitted unless InsideIIM expressly approves an exception.
1.3. To qualify for rewards, the participant must start a valid proctored attempt during the published test window, finish within the normal time allowed for that attempt and satisfy identity and integrity checks. An attempt started before 16 November 2026, 12:00 AM IST may continue after the test window closes until its normal timer expires.
1.4. A participant may be asked for reasonable evidence to validate identity, residence, test eligibility and reward claims.
2. Mandatory AltUni Browser and proctoring
2.1. The assessment will be conducted through the official AltUni Browser. Downloading, installing and using that browser is mandatory both to take the test and to qualify for rewards.
2.2. Attempts through other browsers or through a bypassed or compromised secure environment are not reward eligible.
2.3. The assessment is proctored. Applicable monitoring, permissions and data processing practices will be disclosed through the assessment instructions and privacy notice before the test.
2.4. Unauthorized AI tools, third party assistance, collaboration, impersonation, screen sharing, tampering with the browser, or other unfair means are prohibited.
2.5. Candidates should complete device compatibility checks ahead of the examination. Any technical incident should be promptly reported to ayana@insideiim.com with relevant supporting information.
2.6. A technical or automated proctoring flag may trigger a review. Confirmed malpractice results in immediate disqualification from the entire reward pool regardless of the candidate’s score or rank.
3. Results, national ranks and estimated percentiles
3.1. The result may show raw score, scaled score, sectional performance, All India Rank, zonal rank and estimated CAT percentile.
3.2. The estimated CAT percentile is a prediction based on performance, scaled score and test difficulty, using InsideIIM’s estimation methodology. It is not calculated as the statistical percentile rank of candidates who attempted this mock.
3.3. The estimated CAT percentile is not an official CAT result and does not guarantee the percentile that the candidate will obtain in CAT.
3.4. Only the final, unrounded estimated percentile determined by InsideIIM will be used for percentile based reward eligibility.
3.5. National and zonal rank based rewards are determined from final validated test scores, using tie resolution rules published before the test. Results may be corrected following technical, scoring or integrity review.
3.6. A high rank does not override the integrity requirements. A high ranking candidate found to have cheated or engaged in malpractice will be immediately disqualified from reward eligibility.
4. Reward matrix
The WAT PI programme list price is ₹15,999. The ₹2,000 winner offer is an enrollment price, not a cash payout. Each candidate receives only the highest applicable WAT PI offer; offers cannot be combined or transferred.

5. Fee reimbursement rules and exclusions
5.1. National champions may claim one original registration fee each for any three distinct eligible exams. Zonal champions may claim only one original CAT registration fee. No exam can be claimed twice.
5.2. Reimbursement applies only to the actual base examination registration fee paid by the winner, excluding GST even where GST is charged by the exam authority or included within the total amount collected.
5.3. Where an invoice includes GST, InsideIIM will determine the base fee from the official fee schedule or an itemized receipt. Where the GST component cannot be separately established, InsideIIM may request additional proof before approving the eligible amount.
5.4. Retake and reattempt fees, rescheduling charges, late registration penalties, payment gateway or convenience fees, extra score reports, test centre change fees, optional services and separate business school application charges are excluded.
5.5. The reimbursement amount cannot exceed the candidate’s documented eligible base fee or the exam specific reimbursement ceiling published by InsideIIM before the competition.
5.6. Claims must relate to the published eligible admissions cycle and be supported by original examination registration and payment documentation. This prize does not alter the examination authority’s tax invoice or refund rules.
6. Winner selection and notification
6.1. Three national champions and twelve zonal champions, three from each zone, will be selected subject to verification. The national top three are removed from zonal prize consideration before zonal winners are identified.
6.2. Zone allocation will be determined from the verified state or union territory of residence submitted during registration according to InsideIIM’s published zone map. Changes made for ranking advantage are not permitted.
6.3. After the test window closes and the results verification process is completed, InsideIIM will contact all fifteen winners at their registered email addresses with instructions for submitting claims.
6.4. Where a selected winner is disqualified or forfeits eligibility, InsideIIM may select the next eligible candidate in the relevant national or zonal category.
7. Claim submission and payment process
7.1. Each notified winner must submit a complete reimbursement claim within 15 calendar days of the official winner notification email.
7.2. Claims must contain the participant’s registered details, eligible exam registration confirmation, valid original payment receipt, identity proof if requested, and verified UPI ID or bank account details for payment. Bank details may include account holder name, bank name, account number and IFSC code.
7.3. Participants must never disclose UPI PINs, banking passwords or one time passwords. Payment details should only be submitted through the official claim channel communicated by InsideIIM.
7.4. InsideIIM will check whether submitted documents belong to the participant and substantiate the original eligible base fee. Incomplete claims may be returned for clarification.
7.5. Approved reimbursements will be transferred to the verified UPI ID or bank account within 30 working days after successful completion of verification of documents and payment details.
7.6. Claims submitted after the 15 calendar day deadline may be rejected and the reward forfeited. A forfeited reward may be passed to the next eligible candidate.
7.7. WAT PI offers will be communicated to eligible candidates through their registered contact information. The special price or discount must be redeemed within the published offer validity period.
8. Cheating, document tampering and disqualification
8.1. Any established cheating, impersonation, use of unauthorized assistance or AI tools, interference with proctoring, multiple account misuse, score manipulation or other examination malpractice results in immediate and complete disqualification from the reward pool.
8.2. Any established tampering, alteration, forgery or fabrication of registration receipts, payment evidence, identity documents, bank details or other material submitted in support of a claim results in immediate and complete disqualification from rewards.
8.3. The rule applies equally to AIR 1, AIR 2, AIR 3 and all zonal and percentile reward qualifiers. A high score or published provisional rank creates no exemption.
8.4. InsideIIM may hold results or rewards while investigating suspected violations. An automated flag alone is not conclusive; confirmed misconduct following the applicable review triggers immediate disqualification.
8.5. Disqualification can lead to withdrawal of an unredeemed award and replacement of the winner with the next eligible candidate. Further action may be taken as permitted by law.
9. Technical issues and fairness
9.1. Candidates are responsible for device preparation, compatible software and a stable internet connection.
9.2. Platform incidents should be promptly reported with supporting details. InsideIIM may assess logs and offer an appropriate remedy where necessary and reasonably feasible.
9.3. Technical issues do not automatically grant additional attempts or prize eligibility. Material disruptions affecting test fairness may require changes to the testing window or verification process, communicated through official channels.
10. Privacy, tax and data handling
10.1. Registration information, proctoring records and reimbursement details will be processed for test delivery, integrity checks, rankings, support, verification and payouts, subject to the applicable privacy notice and law.
10.2. The actual camera, microphone, screen or device access requested by AltUni Browser, together with retention and support details, must be disclosed to candidates before the assessment.
10.3. The decision to exclude GST from the eligible original exam registration fee is a prize valuation rule and does not determine the independent income tax treatment of the reward. Any legally required withholding or reporting may apply.
10.4. Payment records and bank details will be handled only through authorized operational channels and limited to legitimate reward fulfillment purposes.
11. Grievances, changes and contact
11.1. Questions or grievances relating to results, eligibility, proctoring or reimbursements must be emailed to ayana@insideiim.com within 15 calendar days of the relevant notification or decision.
11.2. InsideIIM may correct validated errors, investigate fraudulent claims and make proportionate process changes needed to protect assessment fairness, with material changes communicated through official channels.
11.3. Rewards do not imply any affiliation with the named examination bodies, guarantee any MBA admission or guarantee an official CAT score or percentile.
11.4. These terms are subject to applicable law. Candidates should consult the published privacy notice and exam instructions for further details.
