Through the hills, I strode past the narrow dusty roads of “Sus gaow” that wore old age like a crown, flashing the tiny footprints etched on its callous unattended skin. Towards the barred gate with holes which were lenient to the sun. The red entrance pillars were bare apart from the clan of dust who had overstayed their welcome. A flight of cross paths led to sanguine faces who insisted that I climb up to their world.
As I looked back, I see the tiny hint of civilization peering out from between the valley, shrouded away between the rainy clouds. I reach the castle on the hill, screaming away their solitude. Only to be greeted by an ornate structure cascading water into the air. The wet grey streets reflected the sky, making the whole world around glisten. I smelled the first rains all around me. The sun peeked through the passing storm clouds. My jaws dropped in awe to the serenely beautiful horizon, rich and varied dyes in the sky- such mellowness of light.
The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management is strategically placed in the outskirts of Pune in Maharashtra. As I stepped onto the campus my hand was held now, by an energy, they led the way. My body, sunken and dry earlier from the nervousness, contrasted now to my smile extending from eye to eye. This was going to be my home for two years.

I would love to work for AB Fashion and Retail limited, specializing in branded apparel. The fashion industry has evolved from the 1980s; from retailers being able to forecast demand and fashion trends to this consumerist society-where fashion retailers compete through speed to market and ability to provide rapidly. It’s an industry which has to keep its fingertips on the smallest of trends around the world to provide to a wide array of segmentation. The volatility, competition and grandness in this sector excites me. With that, AB has acquired brands like Louis Philippe, Forever 21, Pantaloons are some of the major players in the industry.
