It’s that time of the year when all the hard-work and sweat pays off for a chosen few for entering Business schools. Decisions are made and toasts are raised for those who were lucky enough to scrape through arduous and unforgiving rounds of elimination to finally call themselves future biz-leaders. Most people will already start planning in their heads about what they will be doing once they are back to school and how will they approach the daunting task of coping with the course-content. It might come as a surprise to a lot of you that about 1-3% of each batch of B-school grads drop out in the first month of their program when the ‘induction’ sessions are just heating up.
