To gain competitive advantage over Uber, Lyft decided to identify the pain points of its drivers and issues impeding its growth and resolved to either reduce them if not eliminate them. The pain points/issues identified were:

A total of 50 companies across Banking, Insurance, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel & Tourism, Pharmamade offers to the students, covering about 85% of the eligible batch.
I believe there are 3 types of people who enter the gates of an MBA college. Firstly, People who are entirely certain on what they want to do, secondly, those who are entirely certain on what they DON’T want to do and lastly, those who come in with an open mind to explore and then eventually narrow-in to their preferred domain. To be totally honest, I was a little bit of a mixture of the first two. I came with an inclination to Marketing and a fear of Finance. The first few months passed by in a jiffy but the only noticeable thing was that the inclination had evolved into a firm decision while the fear only grew stronger.
Diversity defines India. It paints the country into two major shades- the urban India and the true India i.e. the rural India. “The future of the country lies in villages”- Carrying forward this Gandhian philosophy, the students of FMS sensed a need to go to the grass-roots and understand the deep rooted problems of the real India.

And then we take that identity that we have generated for ourselves, for our actual soul. And this is a huge task to take this journey of finding ourselves: not to be misled by what seems to be our personality on the exterior, but to go deeper and find out who we really are. And one of the best places to start this journey is through education and hence college.
Airlines business is extremely competitive. World class airlines – Emirates, Etihad and others offer world class service and attractive prices. The combination is so lethal that other airlines find their customers deserting them.
