An essential piece of the b-school puzzle is an institution’s student clubs. Aspirants succeed in getting hold of plenty of information about the academics and the placements of an institution. Still, little do they find to satisfy the curiosity about the functioning of the clubs of their dream college. To break this mystery, we are presenting this series, “The Saga of Student Clubs”. In this article, we are presenting two clubs, Niveshak and E-Cell.

TISS ODCL Final Placements Class Of 2022 - Highest CTC At INR 42.9 LPA

TISS ODCL (Organisation Development Change & Leadership) has successfully completed the final placement season of 2020-22. This year, the TISS ODCL program has seen an increase in average pay by a whopping 40%. The highest CTC offered stood at INR 42.09 LPA. 65% of the batch were offered Change Management and Consulting positions in organisations like Accenture Strategy, PwC, Deloitte and LTI. Others were offered roles like Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resource Strategy Consultant, Learning & Development Partner and OD roles in top organisations such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Shell, Pidilite and Amazon. Nivesh 2022 - IIM Lucknow's Annual Investment Summit

Credence Capital, the investment club of IIM Lucknow, hosted the institute's annual investment summit, Nivesh 2022 from 14th to 16th January. The three-day event began with a knowledge sharing session among the students. The second day saw two insightful sessions, in partnership with the CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) Association. In the morning, CAIA's Managing Director Joanne Murphy and Associate Director Shreekant Daga, enlightened the attendees on the Indian and well as global private equity landscape, while the evening witnessed an enriching session by CAIA's FDP Programme Director and Managing Director Keith Black, on modelling with traditional and alternative data. The finale of Investowise, Credence Capital's national-level stock pitch competition was also held on the 15th. The event saw the participation of skilled participants from the country's top business schools.

SCMHRD Summer Placements 2021 - Highest Stipend At INR 3.2 Lacs

SCMHRD has successfully completed its Summer Internship Recruitment Programme for 2021. There were more than 70 recruiters who came on campus to offer roles for the MBA Core batch. Some prominent recruiters were Flipkart, ITC, Accenture, Godrej, Tata Consumer Products, Hindustan Unilever, etc. This year, the average stipend of the MBA Core batch stood at 1.9 L. The highest stipend offered to any student was 3.20 L. The top 10% of the batch was offered an average stipend of 3.02 L. The top 25% of the batch received an average stipend of 2.52 L. IRMA completes Placement for Batch 2020-22 with highest package of INR 26.50 LPA

Institute of Rural Management Anand, IRMA has successfully completed the final campus placement for the 41st batch (2020-22) of its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management) – the PGDM(RM). The efforts of the student Placement Cell resulted in more than 431 offers being made by various organizations for the batch of 251 participants.

IIM Indore Final Placement Report 2022 - Highest Salary At 49 Lakhs

IIM Indore, with the largest batch size among all IIMs has completed final placements for the class of 2020-22. The season witnessed participation from 180 companies including 30+ first-time recruiters collectively rolling out offers to 572 participants. The placements season saw an increase in the average salary offered to the batch and the highest salary at 49 lakhs. Top participating recruiters included the MBB consulting firms, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, American Express, AB InBev, L'Oreal, BMW, Amazon, Walmart, PayTM, and Hindustan Unilever amongst others.
