This year, the TISS ODCL program has seen an increase in average pay by a whopping 40%. The highest CTC offered stood at INR 42.09 LPA. 65% of the batch were offered Change Management and Consulting positions in organisations like Accenture Strategy, PwC, Deloitte and LTI. Others were offered roles like Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resource Strategy Consultant, Learning & Development Partner and OD roles in top organisations such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Shell, Pidilite and Amazon.
