A 2019 survey by InsideIIM revealed that when selecting a business school, 2 out of 3 MBA aspirants are likely to join a b-school that provides better placements and career opportunities. Placement is the single-most influential factor in the decision making process. However, while many Indian b-schools provide average, median, and highest salary figures for the batch, company-wise salaries and designations offered remain a mystery to those outside the four walls of a business school. To bridge this information gap, InsideIIM is running the InsideIIM Salaries Survey that will collect salary data of recent MBA graduates from India's leading business schools to present a clear picture of the compensation offered by various top companies at leading Indian business schools.
