In Conversation With HUL Summer Interns From TISS
Q. How was your internship experience given the COVID backdrop Animesh: Every intern was assigned a relevant live project and given the opportunity and resources to add value through their work. I worked with the Central Employee Relations team on a project about, future of work, gender balance and digital engagement practices for the blue collar workforce. Due to a virtual internship, I could not visit any of the HUL factories; however, the ER team organised a separate ER induction spanning over a week to explain the intricate details of their flagship programs and successful initiatives. The best part of the internship was the opportunity to connect one on one with leaders from across HUL.
