Having a prodigious opportunity to intern with Lamborghini, I got a chance to observe an auto car show at grass root level. Captivating the media, consumers and other influencers at automotive shows can be a big challenge. Let’s start with the fact that most shows offer little surprises. For the most part, most new-car introductions or unveils are known by visitors well in advance of the show.

Ten years ago, paid media dominated the marketing sphere and companies had more power to influence the purchase decision of customers. Greece, in the recent decade, has been in the limelight for rather debt-ly reasons. In retrospection, the fear of ‘Grexit’, may have sown seeds that triggered Brexit. Yet, Greece was my only escape to Europe. So with Zeus and Athena to scrutinise my moves, I chose to study at ALBA Business Graduate School, Athens, right at the cradle of western civilisation.
