Born in the beautiful city of Ranchi, the city of waterfalls and scenic pleasantry, Rounak has always been a cherished child. Being the eldest son in his family, the weight of responsibilities never left his shoulders but as Newton’s third law says: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction; his strong will and determination pushed back equally and he rose up to shine brighter than Sirius. VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur To Launch The Second Online Edition Of Its B-School Fest, Purvodaya’22

The world we live in is continually changing at such a lightning pace that it is challenging to keep up. As a result, organizations feel burned out, which encourages leaders to steer the organizations on a new path to lead through the turbulence that defines the modern world. Approaching these difficulties traditionally will not yield the expected results. One can only make changes and create a competitive advantage by breaking the paradigms. Effective leaders always inspire and lead their people to challenge their paradigms. Breaking paradigms and thinking "outside the box" is critical for producing breakthrough results. By encapsulating these concepts, the stage is now set for the Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur, to launch the online adaptation of the institute's annual B-school fest- Purvodaya for the second time. Hon’ble Governor Of Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal Congratulated The Students Of The Batch 2022 For Achieving 100% Placements

Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal visited IIM Rohtak on 1st February 2022 to address the students of IIM Rohtak and congratulate them on the achievement of 100% placements. Prof. Dheeraj Sharma informed the dignitaries that the student placement committee has been able to achieve this with a significant jump in the average salary by over 16%. IIM Rohtak became one of the first IIM to complete the placements for the batch of 2022. “This is the testimony of the trust of our recruiters in the dynamic, industrious, and ethical students of the institute. The year 2020-22 was full of speculations and uncertainties in the business environment. However, our students worked hard and received strong facilitation from the institute. The efforts of the placement committee resulted in excellent outcomes even in the COVID situation that the world is dealing with.” He further added that “The programme fee of the institute is the lowest among any IIMs in the country. Hence, IIM Rohtak is a top B School with the best return on investment.”
