- Register on the CMAT portal (email & mobile required)
- Fill personal, academic, and programme choices
- Select exam cities (in priority order)
- Upload photo, signature, certificates (as per spec)
- Pay the application fee online
- Download the confirmation page (PDF)

- Recent passport-size photo (as per pixel/KB specs)
- Signature scan
- Category/EWS/PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Academic marksheets (10th/12th/graduation)
