Meet Professor Soma Dey and Amit Bardhan - FMS Delhi's Professors Of The Year In 2020!
Dr. Soma Dey is an Assistant Professor at FMS Delhi. She teaches electives like Economics and Strategy, Micro and Macro Economics, and Economic Environment of Business. She has done her PhD in Economics at the University Minnesota and has been in the teaching field since 1999. She has also taught in many internationally renowned universities like University of Minnesota and National Singapore University before joining FMS, Delhi. She has been associated with FMS since 2011 and has undertaken many research projects apart from teaching. Read more about Professor Dey here.
Prof. Amit Bardhan is currently a Professor at FMS Delhi. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operational Research, University of Delhi. Along with teaching and research, he is also involved in many sponsored research projects, management development programs, and consulting. He started his journey as a Research Fellow in the School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. He is now a renowned professor at the University of Delhi and has been teaching for 15 odd years. In FMS he teaches many courses and electives like Management Science, Quantitative Methods for Managers, Health Analytics, Quantitative Analysis of Risk and Uncertainty, and Service Operations Management.
