Summer Placements at FMS Delhi has outshined itself every year. Even with the economic slowdown in 2023, the college has shown a stellar placement record for its 289 students batch. - The average stipend has seen a significant rise since 2019 against the decline last year by 2%.
- Median figure rose in 2022 by 15.38% and has remained steady for the last 2 batches.
- A similar trend is seen for the top 50% average. From 2021 to 2022, it increased by 46.88%.

Observations:
- No. of recruiters and offers made, both saw a massive increase of about 30% in 2020 from 2019.
- Offers made by recruiters have seen a steady rise except for the last batch which saw a minute decrease of 2.25%.
- For most of the years, No. of offers made was more than the batch size.
Top Recruiters for FMS in Summer Placements
Observations:
- The percentage of students opting for sales and marketing has declined by almost 50% from 2020 to recent years- 2021 to 2023.
- Consulting and General Management roles have been increasing with high variability between their proportion.
- Students opting for Finance and Banking Services have remained on a similar trend.
- IT/Ops/Prodman roles have seen a consistent decline.
