Selected to the Best 50 of India's Most Promising Incoming MBA Students 2024, Gayatri Sathian blends creative storytelling with data-driven execution. With 10 internships across brands such as FEMINA, Zomato, Unilever, Van Heusen, and Autocar, she built rare adaptability early. A committed community builder, she founded MBA Connect Circle and Freelancer’s Collective (200+ members), and mentors 20+ students in Mathura via the Freedom Employability Academy. Her social lens is shaped by work with Bigger Than Life and Muskurahat Foundation, a research paper on gender representation, and an op-ed in The Wire. On campus, she’s a core member of the Marketing and Public Speaking clubs at BITSoM (organised a Youth Parliament at the UCC). A certified Yoga Instructor, two-time state art certificate holder, and a small-role actor in Sundance-premiered Photograph, Gayatri is equally at ease crafting campaigns and mobilising people. Notably, during an Autocar India stint, she ran a fast-cycle HNI outreach program—mapping objections and building counters to lift conversions under a seven-day deadline.
Why She's Most Promising
Promising is compounding breadth with depth and a clear bias to execute. Gayatri brings empathy, audience insight, and analytical rigor, the type of leader who can grow brands, galvanise communities, and keep impact at the centre of business decisions.
Congratulations, Gayatri! Well deserved!
