“Don’t read success stories, you will only get a message but read failure stories, you will get some ideas to get success”

~ Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

Every person in this world faces challenges in every aspect of life, every day. But it is how one overcomes that challenges that makes one different from others.

I followed a simple ‘1+1=11’ strategy in my life where by adding perseverance i.e. ‘Never quit’ attitude and having concrete but clear goals to achieve, which always got me more than just ‘2’. Staying calm and cool headed whenever I was facing troubles was always the first step. A combination of optimistic and pessimistic thinking did all the other remaining work for me, where after detecting and reviewing all worst possible options using my pessimistic thinking, I used to think what all could be done for every option, using my optimistic thinking and this made me into a person who can be tagged as ‘Ready for everything’.

Everyone says,” Think the best, not the worst”, but I tweaked that concept a little and first thought of all the possible worst options and then turned them into my strengths. Reading biographies, once in a while, of great people like Dr. Kalam, story of a simple man who had a childhood full of hardships and sacrifices, kept me going on in the life and never made me forget that there’s nothing which cannot be achieved by sheer perseverance and determination of a single person.
