If someone has got a profile based call, is he eligible for score based call also?

If you receive a profile based call, then you are required to maintain the minimum score criteria for the interview because the interview process is the same for both profile and score based calls. One person will not receive both the calls. If you have a profile based call and you score well too, your chances of converting increases.

hello lot of people from coaching institute say we need to select specialization based on our background like IT management for people working in Software company etc otherwise we wont get call at all... how far is this true? i have done online course in digital marketing and i want to choose marketing as specialization is that okay?
