Naayl Hamza and Rohit Goel, two ULIP interns from XLRI Jamshedpur share their summer internship journey at HUL headquarters in Mumbai.
In the two months, they explored various facets and responsibilities of being an HR from structuring the problem to figuring out optimal solutions by negotiating with folks, market visiting, factory visiting, etc.
While Naayl's project revolved around channelling what happens to someone who joins HUL as a mid-career recruit, Rohit spearheaded the Sales HR Team and the Global Learning Team.
