- The average salary stood at INR 31.03 lakhs per annum, up by 19% over the previous year
- The median salary stood at INR 29 lakhs per annum - an impressive uptick of 23% over the previous year
- The average of the top-10% of salaries offered stood at a whopping INR 51.21 lakhs
- The average of the top-half of salaries offered stood at INR 38.20 lakhs
- Over 150 recruiters participated in the IIM Lucknow placements process of 2022
- A total of 183 pre-placement offers were extended to the MBA batch
