IIM Rohtak's official final placement report for the MBA batch of 2021 has now been released. This year, despite the pandemic, 100+ firms recruited from IIM Rohtak. - The largest number of offers were made in the Consulting and IT industry respectively placing 26% and 24% of the batch.
- Function wise, Sales & Marketing and Consulting emerged at the top with 39% and 38% of batch placement respectively.
- Top brands on campus included Bain & Company, Byju's, Cognizant, Capgemini, Deloitte, Delhivery, ICICI, Infosys, Mu Sigma, Tata Steel, Xiaomi, and ZS.
- The placements process at IIM Rohtak saw participation from 100+ recruiters out of which 72+ were first time recruiters.

IIM Rohtak CTC Comparison 2019 - 2021
Average CTC at IIM Rohtak has seen a continuous rise over the past three years going from 11.85 LPA in 2019 to 13.74 LPA in 2021. Interestingly, the highest salary numbers show a completely different story. The highest salary at IIM Rohtak has been constantly declining over the past three years going from 24.13 LPA in 2019 down to 22.80 LPA in the pandemic year.
Distribution of CTC Based On Top Batch Percent 2021
Top 10% of the class of 2021 at IIM Rohtak secured an average package worth Rs. 20.29 LPA while that number reduced to Rs. 16.87 LPA for the top 50% of the class. The overall average stood at Rs. 13.74 LPA.

Industry Wise Percent Of 2021 Batch Placed
Based on industry distribution, Consulting and IT emerged as the two largest with 26% and 24% of the batch being placed at each respectively. Education was the third largest absorber for the IIM Rohtak class of 2021 with 15% of the batch being placed in the industry.

Function Wise Percent Of 2021 Batch
A large chunk of the class of 2021 at IIM Rohtak was placed in the Consulting and Sales & Marketing function at 38% and 39% respectively. Finance was the third highest function placing 10% of the class.
