IIM Trichy’s PGPM batch's average annual compensation for final placements increased by 21% to ₹20.55 LPA, with the highest compensation being ₹41.61 LPA. The average CTC offered to the top 10% of the PGPM batch stood at ₹34.54 LPA. The PGPM HR batch's average compensation rose by 19% to ₹15.82 LPA, with the highest package being ₹23 LPA.

When compared to last year's placements, the average CTC for PGPM students increased by 20.81%, while the highest CTC increased by 22.38%. The average CTC for PGPM-HR students increased by 18.95%, while the highest CTC increased by 25%.
