It’s time to recognise InsideIIM’s 50 Most Promising MBA Students from the Class of 2028! These students have begun their first year of MBA and bring a mix of experiences, achievements, and ambitions to their B-schools. The competition looks beyond academic scores and entrance exam percentiles to recognise students for their problem-solving abilities, communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and readiness for the future of work.
How Were the 50 Students Selected?
InsideIIM’s India’s Most Promising Incoming MBA Student 2026 | Season 6 competition evaluated participants across three rounds:
- Profile Evaluation (40%): Assessed participants’ academic and professional experiences, achievements, and positions of responsibility.
- MettleX Future-Ready Assessment (50%): Tested business problem-solving, strategic thinking, decision-making, adaptability, and AI-readiness.
- Career Choice Index (10%): Evaluated participants’ perspectives on employers, workplace culture, learning opportunities, and career growth.
Together, these rounds aimed to identify students who demonstrate potential beyond their academic credentials and are ready to make the most of their MBA journey.
