Chayan:
My internship with Genpact helped me realise the impact of Oprah's quote, “Surround yourself only with people who will lift you higher”. I worked in the area of Supply Chain Management practice taking further initiatives in digital space and it helped me gain in-depth knowledge of the distinct SCM aspects in various industries. Truth be told, Supply Chain Analytics was uncharted territory for me. But the nourishing support from my seniors who led by example and created a great learning environment helped me excel. I sincerely thank Genpact for giving me this opportunity and a sneak peek into the corporate life of a business professional which will stand me in a good stead going forward.
