“Nature is not a terminal destination but a perpetual bliss”. The uncertain sojourn of two years started with certain outlier slouching to encompass the delight of hundreds of us. In the abode of enthralling mother nature we embarked on a tedious journey to be the luminaries of an exemplary legacy i.e SIBM Pune. The ambience of serenity engulfs a visitor in its entirety; amidst the gamut of flora and fauna. The scream of peacocks entices the morning closer to an unyielding deceit. The Panorama becomes astoundingly intense when the clouds make effortless effort to leave a moist imprint on the green spectrum. SIBM Pune has a vibrant campus where man and nature coalesce to emanate the aura of incessant knowledge. The college is epitome of incredible infrastructure at the hill top ; which might have grilled one of the finest Civil Engineering minds of India at one point in time.
Another fascinating feature is that we have Diversity in unity i.e pupils from all the cardinals of India. This to me was the manifestation of secularism with effervescence of mutual respect and trust which envisions a true India , a modern India and a quintessential India in literal terms. For the first time I got this wonderful opportunity to rub shoulders with people across globe and share their expertise and culture that left me flabbergasted . My college and SIU(Symbiosis International University) at large has been the microcosm of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam” since its inception which fosters a sense of community in each of us comprehensively.
The Student driven culture at SIBM Pune is a success raga that is unique in itself . The essence of responsibility compounded with the passion to learn and lead has been the prime force in the relentless journey of 40 years. Our industrious alumni have been the trendsetters and we look to instill their vigor and seek their blessings to leave a legacy for the benefit of posterity at large.
To conclude it would be worth mentioning the name of a man of astounding humility and one of the finest and the most humble human being that I have ever come across. The recipient of Padma Bhusan and Padma Shree; Mr. S.B Majumdar. Sir has been shaping the careers of thousands of students since 1971 . In his key note speech during our induction process in SIBM , he mentioned that there are three most important values which every student should practice and adopt which are good health , humility and punctuality ; the solidarity of these three aspects will eventually transform us into humble and nimble stalwarts for the years to come by.

Amidst the hullabaloo at the E-Commerce world; ABG has been sustaining the threshold of technology driven era with both hands. Firstly, projecting itself on the online store and Secondly, by having brick and mortar apparel stores featuring sundry brands and the latter has fascinated me astonishingly as a customer where I can have quality and reliability both at an affordable price. Hence, a proclivity towards the apparel initiatives by ABG like Planet Fashion and Pantaloon where I can learn and share my expertise to bring a evocative smile on customer’s face in an era where we believe that major chunk of the market has gone online based on our confirmation bias, but in hindsight the reality that pervades is that we Indians are still fussy and love to visit outlets with raised eyebrows at the price tags hoping to grab heavy discounts in awe.
