SYMBIOSIS CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT & HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (SCMHRD) is a premier institute honing world class leaders and entrepreneurs. Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) campus is spread over 8 acres at one of the most posh and prestigious areas of Hinjewadi in Pune. The SCMHRD infrastructure is well crafted and provides world-class facilities for the students.
Some of the facilities at SCMHRD Pune include the following:
Library: SCMHRD library is completely Wi-Fi-enabled and consists of more than 28,000 books and 2,000 videos and audio CDs on subjects such as leadership, entrepreneurship, management, and business. The Library also provides online book search and booking facility (OPAC).
Computer Labs: It has state-of-the-art computer labs with latest systems including a variety of analytical tools installed to facilitate student learning. Computer lab sessions for Economics, Statistics, Marketing Research, and Research Methodology are organized for the students. Terminal based access to Bloomberg, Euromonitor, CMIE and other databases are provided as well.
Auditorium: When it comes to hosting seminars, regional and national level events, the capacious auditorium at SCMHRD Pune can accommodate over 300 people at a time.
Sports Facilities: To encourage all the sports enthusiasts, SCMHRD campus provides a spacious multi sports arena for games such as cricket, tennis, basketball, etc. Indoor arena hosts games such as table tennis, badminton and carrom. It also has an indoor swimming pool and proper gym facilities with professional trainers.
Hostel: SCMHRD hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls wherein rooms are available on a sharing basis. The hostels have a steady supply of water, and other laundry and cleaning services are also available. Eateries and provisional stores nearby cater to the basic daily needs of the students.
Healthcare facilities: An excellent health care centre SCHC managed by the Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS), with a residential medical officer is a vital feature of the campus. Every student is insured under the Mediclaim and Road Traffic Accident Policy. It also has a workout hall for Yoga & Aerobics, helping students de-stress and attain a physical and mental sense of well-being.

1. Masters In Business Administration (MBA - Flagship)
The flagship programme of SCMHRD is a two year full-time residential course spread over four semesters offering specializations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance and Operations Management. - Candidate should be Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes).
- Students appearing for final year of Graduation can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)

2. MBA - Infrastructure Development & Management (IDM)
SCMHRD’s unique program 'MBA - Infrastructure Development and Management' aims to ‘Build Capabilities to Make Infrastructure Happen’. The course content blends SCMHRD's proven legacy of management education and a curriculum that has been designed by Industry experts. The course is exhaustively designed to deal with various issues and challenges in the development of infrastructure in India. At the same time, it provides a strong grounding in general managerial aspects like business strategies, supply chain management and business laws. - Graduate in any Engineering Stream (B.E. or B.Tech), or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), or Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan.) from any recognized University/ Institution of National importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade 45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.

3. MBA - Business Analytics (BA)
The courses in the MBA Analytics programme are designed with active participation by people in industry working with Analytics and Big Data. In addition, all courses are taught by the people in industry who helped design the courses from a holistic perspective. The programme is built on a solid foundation of programming in R and Python - the de facto standards for statistical computing and analysis. Students are also given a strong grounding in using SPSS and SAS with various add-on packages. Data visualization software like Tableau feature strongly in the programme.
