The MDI Gurgaon placement process in 2022 has been successfully completed! This year, the institute recorded impressive salaries offered to its PGDM batch, including a highest salary of INR 1.14 crores! The average salary increased by 13 percent, and nearly half the batch received salaries greater than INR 25 lakhs. Top brands on campus this year included McKinsey, BCG, Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, amongst a host of other leading brands. MDI Gurgaon Placement 2022 - Key Salary Highlights
- In 2022, the highest salary at MDI Gurgaon stood at INR 1.14 crores - a 160 percent increase as compared to last year!
- The average salary stood at INR 26.07 lakhs, up by 13 percent from last year
- The median salary stood at INR 23.50 lakhs - an uptick of 2 percent as compared to last year
- The median of the top-10 percent of salaries offered stood at INR 44.20 lakhs
- Notably, a whopping 46 percent of MBA candidates - or nearly half the batch - received a salary higher than INR 25 lakhs
MDI Gurgaon Placement 2022 - Key Recruitment Highlights
- This year, 41 percent of all offers were made for Consulting roles, 22 percent in the BFSI sector, 13 percent in the Ecommerce sector, 10 percent in the Technology, Telecommunications and Media sector, and the remaining in Conglomerates and FMCGs
- Top brands on campus included Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Accenture Strategy, BCG, Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Aditya Birla Group, PayTM, Reliance Industries, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and many companies from the Tata Group, amongst others
- Overall, 85 companies were hosted during MDI Gurgaon's final placement process in 2022, including 32 new recruiters
- A total of 391 students participated in the final placement process, of which 22 percent comprised women

- Investment Banking roles were offered by Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Nomura
- Major recruiters in the Consulting Domain were Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC
- Many leading healthcare companies like Becton Dickinson, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, and UnitedHealth Group recruited from campus
