Right from my childhood, I have seen my dad suited up in Van Heusen. I really liked the fact how wide variety of shirts they offer. Seeing my father dressed so perfectly, made me realize the importance of how great outfit and style can make an impact. Since then clothes have always excited me.

I still remember the first time, I entered FOREVER 21 store to buy my first “Little Black Dress” for my birthday. I was like a child in a candy store, mesmerized by the wide variety of style and clothes that brand offered. I never saw a brand offering such trendy and great street style of clothing options. Forever21 has been one of the few brands in India which gave us an insight to what western street fashion is all about. It is also one of those brands which offers such great clothing options at such affordable prices. Whenever any girl thinks of fashion, Forever21 is a brand which always pops up in every girl’s mind. Not only it has great clothing options, it also has a lot of great accessories and footwear.

It will always be one of those brands which can make any girl feel 21, no matter what age you are at. Since the day I stepped in Forever21 for the first time, there has been no turning back. This dress gave me my first “Little Black Dress”, which every girl knows how important it is for any girl’s wardrobe.

We all face our share of challenges in life and we all feel ours are the worst. It is rightly said “The grass is always greener on the other side.”

I have always had my share of challenges but there is one that has always been giving me goosebumps whenever the thought of it comes to my mind. But thinking about the same has been giving me the strength to face the most difficult challenges I face.

During the third year of my under graduation, my father got really sick due to which he had to go on an unpaid leave for months. It was really stressful and hence I got many backlogs in the same semester. Everything was falling out of the place. My expenses were becoming an issue my studies got really affected, and I was emotionally weak.

But later one night, while thinking about what all has been going on, I realized that I need to face this problem and crying over it is not going to help in any way. My exams were approaching so I decided to prioritize them first.

Post exams, I started taking tuitions for the children of my housing society. Initial months were difficult but eventually things started falling into place. I managed to get enough students to bear my expenses on my own. I had to do this for several months till my father recovered.

This incident has given me enough strength to face the challenges which came after that. It also made me realize the importance of a lot of intangible things in our life.
