The SIBM Pune Final Placements 2020 report has been released! The MBA batch of 2018-2020 at SIBM Pune received a total of 186 offers, and the placements process saw participation from top recruiters like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, AB-InBev, P&G, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries Limited and Flipkart, amongst others. The following are important CTC figures from the final placements process at SIBM Pune for the MBA Class of 2020:

The highest CTC in SIBM Pune placements stood at Rs. 34.26 lakhs per annum, an 18% increase from the previous year.
The average CTC stood at Rs. 20.14 lakhs per annum, a 15% increase from the previous year.
The average CTC for the the top 50 offers stood at Rs. 27.18 lakhs per annum, a 14% increase from the previous year.
The average CTC for the top 100 offers stood at Rs. 23.59 lakhs per annum, nearly a 15% increase from the previous year.
The average CTC for the top 150 offers stood at Rs. 21.44 lakhs per annum, nearly a 14% increase from the previous year.
The median CTC stood at Rs. 18.50 lakhs per annum, nearly a 14% increase from the previous year.
The average CTC for female students stood at Rs. 20.27 lakhs per annum, while the average CTC for male students stood at Rs. 20.08 lakhs per annum.

SIBM Pune Final Placements 2020 - Recruitment Highlights

The following are the important recruitment highlights from the final placements process at SIBM Pune for the MBA Class of 2018-2020:

Over 180 students of the MBA Class of 2020 participated in the final placements process at SIBM Pune.
Over 90 top recruiters participated in the placements process at SIBM Pune, handing out 186 offers to the MBA Class of 2020. The batch also received a total of 87 pre-placement offers.
28% of the total offers were in Fortune listed companies.
Top brands on campus included Asian Paints, P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Bajaj Auto, PwC US Advisory, HSBC India, Tata Steel Limited, Adani Group, Piramal Group, Godrej, and Shell India amongst others.
