There has been a deep rooted connection that I feel with Aditya Birla Group. It all started with the interviews of MBA admission and the first formal wear that I purchased was from Allen Solly. I still remember that it was a tough day as after searching for various hours in the scrotching heat Allen Solly became my saviour. What makes ABG stand out from others is the initiatives that it takes in transforming the underpriviliged communities through various sustainability initiatives. Not only this, an organization can provide best to the people only when it has the capability to develop a best in class work place and stories of its various employees are live examples of how an organization should cater to the needs of its employees. The core values and ethics on which ABG operates even in today's world is a reflection of their perseverance and the intense desire to bring change by creating change.
Overcoming challenges- The Invisible war
The challenge that I had faced recently was the tug of war going on between my heart and my mind. Sometimes life does not give you what you planned and there comes a time when everything seems bleak. This was the phase that I was going through the prepration of MBA. I was in a middle of choosing between going for Mphil or for MBA but in the end I followed my heart and believed in myself and my hard work.
