SNAP Slot 2 2021 Analysis And Predicted Cut-offs - General English
The VARC section was dominated by Vocabulary and Grammar questions. There were questions on synonyms, fill in the blanks, incorrect compound words. In grammar, there was one question that required one to identify the correct sentence, one question to identify the adjective, one on uncountable nouns, one on tense, and one on passive voice. There were two error spotting questions and one on idiom and one on proverbs. *One of the poem-based questions required one to identify the line with the most ‘standard word order’.
According to Career Launcher, a good student is expected to answer all the questions or almost all the questions in about 8 to 10 minutes. Any score above 10 would be considered very good and a student expecting a top Symbiosis institute interview call may require 7 to 8 marks at the least to be in good stead.
According to IMS, since the section was overall easy, one could attempt 13 or 14 questions with high accuracy in about 13 or 14 minutes.
SNAP Slot 2 2021 Analysis And Predicted Cut-offs - Analytical & Logical Reasoning
Out of the 25 questions in this section, 8 questions were on Verbal Reasoning and the remaining 17 were on Non-Verbal Reasoning.

The questions on Non-Verbal Reasoning included questions on Number and Letters series, clocks, calendars, Binary logic, Linear arrangement etc. There were no set based questions.
According to Career Launcher, a good student would have attempted almost all the 25 questions save one or two in the Number Series / Missing Number series type of questions. The time allotted for this section need not have been more than 20 to 25 minutes. A good score in this section would be around 17-18 to get to that 99%ile overall.
According to IMS, the overall section was easy. A good strategy would be to attempt around 18-20 questions in 24-26 minutes.
SNAP Slot 2 2021 Analysis And Predicted Cut-offs - Quantitative, DI and Data Sufficiency
Out of the 20 questions in this section, 19 questions were on Mathematics and there was one singleton question on Data Interpretation. There was no question on Data Sufficiency. Overall this section was very medium in terms of the level of difficulty.
