Hi, Tell us about how you got selected for this internship? Take us through the moment you realized you had got the internship.
Every management student has their first milestone to achieve is in terms of internship. I was very much interested to work with a company which provides me a managerial role in the domain I want to see myself. Alas! the day came for my Interview, providing me the role, I liked. Being a student of NITIe, it wa my pleasure to be an intern of Operations department. Interview was Online, and every bit before that was very tough to breathe in and out. But, after it started, I was completely involved in the interview. their were case based interesting questions, which I answered well.
On the day of announcement, I got a call from placements team to sign out from the Internship process, which I thought is a bad sign as there were news like these for other institutions that 100% Internship record got broken. It was a moment of thought, when I heard another statement that "You have been selected for BO International". A joyuous moment vanished all the worries, and a sense of relief came on my face.
On joining the company as an intern, how has your onboarding experience been like?
I have been introduced by the company HR to entire Operations team, and a warm welcome was given to me. Later the meeting was scheduled with the CEO of the company, which in itself was very exciting, and I realized how humble and aligned to my thinking process he was, and I knew something better is there or me in coming months. I was then welcomed by different departments, where I took tour of as a part of initiating my project work.
