What makes waking up and going to work on a Monday morning exciting?
I always make sure I am working on some exciting projects along with routine ops. Which keeps me driven. Working towards it and excitement to think something new, challenge my own capabilities, customize & redesign to deliver superior outcomes every single time is very tempting. This all is very nicely complemented by the work environment & work culture of ABG where leaders put a lot of trust in young minds, encourage & extend their support. There is no better feeling than the achievement of goals after such a journey. If you are passionate about what you do, Monday blues is just a myth.
How are the goals of ABG aligned with your personal goals?
My goals: Experience & learn all facets of HRM and establish myself in leadership role, to have a healthy balance of professional & personal activities, setting up a strong foundation for my financial goals in the early stage of my career and finally living every day with a lot of positivity and looking forward to the next day with even better enthusiasm.
