After a successful pilot testing of the exam in 2020, continuous CPA Exam testing has begun in India. A Certified Public Accountant is a designation given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or AICPA to individuals who pass the Uniform CPA Examination. CPA is considered equivalent to the Chartered Accountant or CA designation widely recognized in India. CPAs act as tax consultants, financial advisors, business consultants, public accountants, and they can also take up any other position related to finance in a company. The opportunities are endless.
