During my learning, I understood application of Technology is more important than just learning technology. We have to solve real-world industry problems for the greater good and to do it, I decided to learn how the industry works and I am here pursuing my MBA.

Tell us about a time when you messed up, and what you learnt from the experience?
It is my first company in my final placements during my graduation. I cleared all the rounds and appeared for the final round, the HR round. I was so excited that I thought I have already cracked the interview and I gave the interview very openly. When asked about future plans, I openly said I am interested in pursuing my MBA and will pursue It in future. Later realised it is a blunder and learned to be more diplomatic, even though my intention is not to leave the company, HR thought that I may leave the company if given a chance. which made me realise that answer questions by being in the shoes of the opposite person.

A Manager is made by designation and a leader is made by people. A leader should have the courage to accept the failure of the team as its own failure, Should be able to take responsibility for every aspect of work, even when it is not related to his domain.
Tell us about an ethical dilemma that you may have faced, and how you resolved it.
I joined FORD motors just after my graduation and within 3 months of my joining, FORD released a press release saying that FORD is no longer manufacturing its cars in India, I am confused and got into an ethical dilemma, should I stay with the company and should I leave the company looking for another opportunity. Since it is my first company, I have a personal affection towards the company and leaving a company within 4 months of time is also not soo professional, But what will be my future, if they suddenly windup R&D operations also. So I took a serious step to leave the company with keeping my future in mind.
