Situated in the splendid and spectacular Sahyadri range in Lavale, lies my college, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management fondly known as SIBM, Pune. The picturesque 250-acre campus provides once in a lifetime opportunity to live and study with nature. The campus stands over a valley surrounded by clouds evoking magnificence. The rainy season brings with it the radiance and delight analogous to festivity and celebration.
The campus is an environmentally friendly campus. The energy resources are solar powered and a rain harvesting project has been put in place to conserve water and re-use it effectively. We are encouraged to use bicycles on campus provided by the institute. The institute thus in a subtle way teaches us two important things by providing bicycles, care for mother nature and being healthy and hearty.
The 200-acre campus houses four institutions and has state of the art facilities. The campus hosts over 3000 residential students and they are catered to by four hostels and four canteens. Lavale campus also boasts of state of the art sports facilities which include a gymnasium, swimming pool, football ground, a basketball court and an indoor badminton court. There is a reading hall in the library which is open 24 by 7.
You feel blessed to be a part of and studying at such an institution where you are close to nature and at the same time not far from the hustle bustle of the city.

I would like to work for Aditya Birla Retail Limited (ABRL) which consists of brands such as More Retail and would like to see myself at a middle management role in ABRL within the next five years. ABRL is one of the top retail chains in the country and caters to the needs of common citizens. I believe ABRL will be an opportunity which connects me to my core strengths of creativity, strategy and analytical ability. The chance to oversee a part of the largest retail chain in the country brings with it added responsibility and make me an impeccable resource for a future top management role.
