There hasn‟t been a day in my life when ABG was not a part of it, be it big or small. The house I live in, the food I eat (wrapped in aluminium foil), the clothes I wear, the calls I make to my friends and my family, the car I drive( tires), the electricity which I use, shopping from „More‟, ABG had a big impact on my life at every point.
Not only my experiences till now, I also look forward to have an opportunity to work with one of the “Best Employers” in India and Asia where employees are provided with an opportunity to learn, develop, get rewarded and grow as a professional.
Aditya Birla Group has affected lives, and not just mine. Being an active donor towards education of girl child, one thing about ABG that affects me the most is how actively they contribute to the social and economic development of the community we live in. They focus on education, health and family welfare, water and sanitation and rural development to name a few.

CHALLENGE IS ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE
Perspective is everything when you are experiencing the challenges of life. Every now and then, life throws challenges on us. It is our attitude that matters while dealing with those challenges.
One of the biggest challenges which I faced in my life was doing a job in an IT company despite being a Mechanical engineer. It was difficult for me as never in my life had I done coding. I was completely unaware about the syntax and how to apply logic while programming. It took me complete training period to get acquainted with the basics of programming. Again when I was allocated to a project, the work there was completely different from what I had learnt in my training period. So again I had to struggle a lot to make myself comfortable with the work. During my entire project tenure, I spent hours on self-learning and peer-to-peer learning and as a result of my hard work and dedication, I was made the team lead for a particular unit of the project, an achievement which will motivate me during the challenges that I will be facing in my life, professional or personal.
Facing this challenge and emerging successful made me realize that one should accept the challenges and work towards over coming them. Only then will we be able to measure the strength of our character. When we least expect it, life throws a challenge at us to test our courage and willingness to change. When we move out of our comfort zone, only then will we be able to change ourselves and overcome the challenge.
