Being a die-hard Bollywood fan, movies have been my one of the great sources, along with some novels, of influence to build my personality. This is where I found my Mantra to overcome challenges in my life.

There was a dialogue in movie “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani”- A Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer in which the main character Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) tells Naina(Deepika Padukone) "Main uddna chaahta hun, Daudna chahta hun, girna bhi chahta hun, par rukna nahi chahta”. It means that I want to fly, run, fall but not stop. By adding little wisdom from the novel of Robin Sharma and some shlokas of Bhagvad Gita,I just altered this mantra a bit. I will keep on giving my 100 per cent, without fearing the results. It is okay for me to regret the failure than regretting about not trying and giving my best. And for me, trying means to keep going on until you excel in it delivering something productive to yourself and this world.

A good example of this was my drive to make all the transactions online while managing Moneta 2017- Financial Festival of my undergraduate college. The main reason to do so was to have the accountability of each and every transaction and a proper audit can be conducted if anybody is producing fake bills. This actually worked as our actual expense fell by 30 % than the projected one which was based on last year’s expenses. We figured out our expenses on creatives, stationery, travel reimbursements and pick up drops of guest speakers which did not have any proper bills initially dropped by 60% after converting it online.I continued following this Mantra that fetched me Best Anchor in intercollegiate Festival, Bombay Times Fresh Face 2016 and finally getting into the one of the top B-School of the country in the first attempt.

But the most important thing in my whole journey was my confidence in me, the reliability on the mantra that i followed, being always true to myself and people around me. That is what connects me with this brand. A common thread- Reliability.

The first thing that strikes in my mind thinking about Aditya Birla group is its Logo. I never understood in my childhood what does it mean but always use to find it attractive and symbol of reliability. Till my 10th standard only thing I knew about ABG was their cement business because of its advertisement (Ultratech Cements) and use to feel it is the only cement is present in Indian Market.

I remember asking my father to use Aditya Birla cement during the reconstruction of my house, because of the feeling of reliability I had towards it. Then during my graduation I read a book name Business Maharajas which embarked me with the knowledge about the group and the story of Mr. Aditya Birla. After this I got to know about the diverse businesses of the group is and its great impact in India. Idea which had campaign like “What an Idea Sirjee” to “IIN” had appealed mass and left a lasting impression in the mind of public.

From fabrics to Fashion, from Infra to Finance ABG is present everywhere. It has positive impacts on the life of people around the world in their different walks of life. From building a house to connecting with our loved ones who are little far it is present to provide its quality service. From chemicals, non-ferrous metals and carbon black to textiles, fashion and financial services it has widen its arms in all the directions. Along with growing group has maintained its quality of services and increased its reliability among the consumers since its existence which makes ABG big in my life.
