Important Instructions

1. Reporting Time:
   • Arrive by 9:00 AM on December 29. The day concludes at 6:00 PM.
2. No Transportation or Accommodation Provided:
   • Priority is for local students from Ahmedabad; travel and stay arrangements are the participant’s responsibility.
3. Limited Spots:
   • The form will close once all spots are filled. No further requests can be accommodated thereafter.
4. Eligibility:
   • Open to undergraduates aged 18–25 (especially MBA aspirants).
5. Diversity Encouraged:
   • Women and candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
6. Non-Withdrawal Policy:
   • Once you submit your application, it cannot be withdrawn or substituted.
7. Payment Details:
   • All proceeds go to Prayaas for the education and welfare of underprivileged children in Vastrapur.
   • Any disputes from incorrectly copied payment IDs will not be entertained.
8. Final Decision Authority:
   • In case of any disputes, the decision of the Coordinator of Prayaas (2024-25) is final.
