Aditya Birla Group is an organization run by such abled global citizens making the world a better place to live. I am one among many today who have experienced the dream of this organization for the country and I strongly believe that they are building a better tomorrow, a better society, a better future, “for us”. Technology never fails to amaze me; learning about society and the facts is always interesting. Back when I was not very well equipped with technology & information, I remember asking my dad about a tiny yellow piece he was fixing into the mobile and he called it an IDEA SIM, though there were many other colors available in the market, the yellow and the simple name Idea has stuck in my mind and later, I realized why my dad picked idea of all the others out there. We lived in a rural area about 20 km away from the town where there was no proper connectivity and ABG’s Idea was the first and the only one which penetrated into rural areas giving many like me an opportunity to socialize with the world outside. Also, I still remember my takeaways and understood the values of ABG at a very young age from the 30-sec idea advertisements that explained the social causes along with simple solutions. Apart from the connectivity that ABG has given me, half of my wardrobe is stacked with the stylish and finest cloth delivered by the ABG group and always added to my confidence when worn. Moreover, the recent house we have shifted to has also been constructed using the Ultra tech as its the best & reliable. Finally, the minute but the best part, as a college student I was heavily dependent on ABGs more supermarkets for my everyday groceries as well.
Roti, Kapda, and Makaan are the basic amenities for human sustenance, ABG's been part of all the three but also is as a friend who gave me an opportunity to have my everyday conversations over the phone, a teacher who gave me an effective perception & knowledge about the good and bad in society at a very young age and none the less it gave me a better world to live in.
As an organization that deals with multiple hurdles in the market place with the customers, shareholders, and competitors I too experienced the same with my peers, society and sometimes even interests. All I did was standing strong, taking every small incident as learning and evolved from them and I still do. However, I mainly believe in having a calm and healthy mind, not taking pressures too seriously will help you in better decision making and results in clear conscience protecting my interests as well as the ones around me. To summarize, an individual is not any different from an organization which is a mix of many creative minds and personalities, so honing the perception of an organization, building strategies and being multidimensional has helped me overcome my challenges effectively and achieve ambitions.
