Every morning when I wake up, I am always grateful for the beautiful house I live in. The house whose most important building component is the Ultratech cement, keeps me and my family protected and safe. I am always connected to my friends and family and try to contact them through calls/messages. The efficient Idea-Vodafone network keeps me in touch with my loved ones. My father’s birthday is next month and I quickly look for options from Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England and Louis Philippe. The plethora of range available has spoil me for choice and there is always one shirt that will fit my father perfectly. It just came to my mind that I have my vacation coming up and as like always, I have nothing good to wear. I straight away dive into Forever21 site. I am confused what to order and what not to because everything looks so trendy and smart. I finally end up spending a hefty amount for my vacation shopping. The message alert of my bank balance, gives me a mini heart attack and makes me realize that I need to start saving some amount of my money. Coming from a technical background and having zero experience in investing money, I decide to take help from third party experts. This is where I decide to look for financial services option available, and, as usual I ended my search at Aditya Birla Capital.
After having a good fruitful day and while writing my gratitude journal, I realize that one name has made my day so productive. We often do not value these things in our busy lives but when we think back and realize that how a brand can make everything so simple and unknowingly touch million lives. Challenges are what makes life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. Everyone faces some ups and downs in his or her life. After joining my first job, I couldn’t have been happier because I had got one of the best job after completing under graduation. After spending almost an year at work, I started to feel that this is not what I want to do or make my career out of it. I tried applying to other jobs but all my efforts were in vain and I never got a positive response from anywhere. There came a point at my job where I just wanted to quit and go back home but never had the courage to do that. But after few months I decided to face this challenge and decided to take a break from my job and have a clearer perspective of what I want in life.
That I when I realized that working at a business end of the organisation is my calling and started preparing for my MBA entrance examinations. This challenge has been the biggest learning for me so far and have made me understand more about myself.
