“A Part of Life”
“Aditya Birla Group” The name speaks for itself. Its diverse portfolio of products makes it almost impossible for an individual to not be associated with the company in some way or the other. I am a proud and happy part of the ABG family and have used a bunch of products under its basket. I would like to focus on 2 companies that have affected me the most in the past few years.
Last year the dream of every middle-class common man was realized for me when the construction of our house in Bankura, West Bengal was complete. It took a lot of discussions and arguments in terms of the materials needed for constructing the house from pipes to bricks to other things, but one material was clear from the very beginning, Cement. I was told by many about “UltraTech Cement Limited” and I was amazed o see all opinions being positive (which is rare these days). I also had a discussion with the mason and he also recommended the same brand. It was clear that “UltraTech” had built quite a loyal consumer base in a product category which has low switching cost. Now, that the construction is done, lets see in due course of time I might be the ones giving positive feedback to someone else.
In terms of apparel, I like the formal section of “Peter England Fashions and Retail Ltd”. I have been using the same for the past 5 years and am happy with the variety of products that they have in the formal section. I haven’t tried other products, but I expect them to be also on similar lines. Cloth Material and Fitting are two things that I find the most attractive in the products of “Peter England”. This association ill no doubt continue in the future as well and I hope I also buy something in other section as well some day.
