But it's my schedule and my goals that make me stressed out instead of motivated. So that's what I'm working on right now. Was really nice to read in this article, about how you made it through that phase in your life.

While doing the exact same activity two people can feel either anxious or motivated. I suggest you read the book Flow. There is a graph in the book anxiety vs motivation which may help you understand in depth. Let me know how you find it :)
