Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Aditya Birla Group is a company that has many things rolled into one. A Fortune 500 company with an enviable net worth of US $44.3 billion, a brand that has collected numerous accolades over the past 15 years and a humongous conglomerate that caters to the needs of every person or entity out there, be it in the manufacture of Infrastructural Capital goods, Fashion, Telecommunications or Financial services. ABG has etched a name for itself in the Hall of fame of Indian corporates. Its offerings are known for their classiness and reliability.

ABG has made it big in the hearts and minds of people around the globe.

The Aditya Birla group has impacted my life in many ways, I would like to stress on one of the services today, and that is, Vodafone.

Vodafone has helped me to keep in touch with my immediate family, and relatives and friends across the nation. This is the first time I am living away from my family, hence, the good network connectivity and speed helps me keep in touch.

ABG’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. ABG’s hospital services, immunization camps and mid-day meals for school children have positively impacted the lives of millions of people in India who otherwise do not have access to such services.

Being an MBA student, I am pretty well versed with the significance of formal wear and business formals. ABG’s companies like Allen Solly, Peter England, Van Heusen and Louis Phillipe provide us an exclusive range of products in optimal price ranges.

UltraTech Cement India’s largest cement company speaks for its volume. It has been a regularly and widely used cement for various construction works. UltraTech Cement has been the solid backbone for the construction of our house.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

Life throws challenges at you at every stage of life. Irrespective of what the challenge is, it always ends up giving us an experience. Right from the first day at school to the first day at work, life had its own ways of teaching me that survival in the world is tough but when life turns rough, you have got to fight harder. I have been fortunate enough to have a loving family, good friends, and a wonderful environment while growing up. I am a very free spirited person who loves to meet new people, spend time with them and build new relations. While I had a rather large circle of friends in school that changed when I started going to college, I realized I preferred sitting at home and reading a book than go out with my colleagues. Certain dark phases in your life force you to change your behaviour and I did face a lot of difficulties but thanks to my friends and family, I was ready to get out of that phase and start afresh. I was determined to give myself the best that life has to offer. I wanted it and I worked towards it.

Life is full of ups and downs. But what is important is to remember that you need to pick yourself up, stay strong and fight back. These tough times give us the best lessons and make us a better version of ourselves. It is always good to have an “I will” attitude and make the most of every bit of life.
