- Starting with deciding the career path, it happens with everyone that one doesn’t get the full support for what he/she wants to pursue as career. Being confident and consistent with what I aim for helped me to grow. To achieve these, one faces the challenges, in my case, I overcome it by constantly fighting the challenges and moving forward.
- No one is perfect, sometimes we make mistakes. One key point in achieving the aim was to learn from the mistakes and never look back, I tried to improve and kept focusing what is there coming in future by never repeating such mistakes.
- There comes a point in life when we want to give up, but in such situation, I tried to be confident and believed in myself. Only mantra I relied is “everything happens for the good and something better is coming up”. So instead of giving up I focussed on aiming for my ambition.
- One important challenge is to be updated with the changes and innovation around you. One must proactive to be adaptable to such changes. Hence, I tried to implement and adapt such changes around me.
- Last but not the least, once you are employed people began to stop learning and thus has the stagnant growth. I always kept reminding myself to keep learning and seek new opportunities.
