Brands are an integral part of our lives. Every average individual comes across numerous brands in their daily lives. We get exposed to several names, but there are only a few which stay back with us. We hold them back in our minds and these names are the ones which come to our minds when we think of these products or services. That is the impact of Brands. Aditya Birla is one name among the Indian Conglomerates that every Indian is deeply associated with. Not just India, it has made a huge position in the global space. Being Big is not something which comes just by numbers, it is something which you earn. The Aditya Birla Group has not just made itself large globally, but has touched several lives, including mine. ABG is a symbol of trust, which we all Indians look upto with pride.

The impact of a Brand plays a major role in determining it to be a Big Brand. Talking about Aditya Birla, it has not just impacted but has been with me, as a very integral part of my life. Can’t think of a day without this brand. Such is the presence of ABG! Being a B-School student, my life is centred around formals and buying female formals is a task. Not many brands are available in the market, unlike the male counterpart. ABG comes as the saviour with an exclusive range of women formals with the appropriate quality, pricing and most importantly, trust in the brand. My formal wardrobe is all sorted because of the brands like Allen Solly, Van Heusen for women, which come from the house of Aditya Birla. The Idea and Vodafone merger has been a boon for the telecom users. I am myself an end user for many years now and the service has never let me down. Birla Carbon is used in most of our cars which make the tyres stronger and safer. These are some very common products of the unbeatable ABG which have impacted our lives in a great way. We are all aware of the CSR activities of Birla. They have a massive social contribution, which almost every individual in India is aware of. This group has touched almost all of our lives in some way or the other. The shift from Being Big to creating Big Value for its customers and the society at large has resulted in what it is today. The legacy continues!

Challenges help us grow and enhance ourselves. They not only help us work on our weaknesses but also improves our strengths. I had some anger management issues over a period of time. That was a phase of my life in which things did get difficult due to anger issues. I worked on it over time. Things did get pretty difficult at first but with time, I got over with that. I invested a lot in keeping calm and finally did overcome. Hence, challenges are needed to make us a better version of ourselves. It was a phase, a learning experience and definitely something that helped me evolve.
