Aditya Birla Group, the name or the brand that resonates at least once in our daily life. Its wide range of products in every sector makes it even more inevitable and impactfull. From the cement that went into the construction of the Mumbai’s Bandra- Worli Sea link, UltraTech Cement to the branded apparels we wear like Louis Phillippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen etc. to name a few. Who can forget their contribution in Telecom Industries with Vodafone Idea Limited.

As visible from their wide range of products, ABG focuses on satisfying the basic needs of the people and this is one of the core reasons that the brand is successful in building a strong relationship in people’s minds. It is difficult to find an Indian who is not using an ABG product, at least once in their day to day life. The imprint they are able to create in the minds of people is something which is extraordinary. Their uncompromising position in the market reflects their culture and values they vouch for and their mission and vision to deliver superior value to customers profound the same.

Risks, Challenges and Failures are always an inevitable part of my life. No matter how careful you are in taking each steps in your life, you will face challenges or failures somewhere in the path. If you can face them with a positive outlook, it will be a life changing experience.

One of the biggest challenges I have faced in my life was a Bike accident I encountered when I was in 4th year of my engineering. I had a serious shoulder injury and was admitted in ICU for 1 week followed by a major surgery to my shoulder. I had my campus placements happening during that time and I couldn’t miss this opportunity. My Doctor advised me a med rest of 3 weeks and also told to not to attend the process during the time. I was disheartened to hear this. He also advised me to not ride any 2 wheelers or to play any sports for the next one to two years.

But I believed in myself and started doing proper physiotherapy and diet. I started recovering very soon and slowly started doing physical activities. I finally attended campus placements and ended up getting a job from campus which was one of my ambition. I also started playing sports within a span of 3 months after getting the positive approval from the doctor. This all happened because I never lost trust in myself and never gave up during that time.
