I grew up watching a lot of television in my childhood. I was one of those typical buyers for whom the advertisements were made. I connected with a lot of advertisements which came on television around that time. One advertisement which tickled my sense of humour and wits was that of.. "No Idea? - Get Idea" :"what an Idea Sirji!".The ads were quirky and interesting and I found the whole set of ads in that series very amusing and really triggered me to buy Idea sims.

My association with ABG didn’t stop there. Even my trivial daily chores had ABG’s touch, or may be what I prefer calling, the Midas touch. One such incident where I had to leave my home to a remote town in north east for my first job after college (whose interview I co-incidentally had given wearing my favourite Van Heusen shirt).  That was the first time I was leaving my home. Like all Indian moms, my mom had insisted on carrying a lunchbox in case I didn’t find anything to eat then. To my surprise when I opened the lunchbox the food was really fresh as it was wrapped in an aluminium foil. We only bought Freshwrapp aluminium foil. That scene took me down the memory lane and I was left relishing and reliving my best childhood memories associated with it when my mom used to wrap my lunch box with the foil to keep it warm and fresh. It was indeed a box of happiness.

The story of Idea didn’t end there for me. When I reached the remote north eastern town for my job, mine was the only sim which had signal and my stay was made easier and beautiful.

It’s wonderful how Aditya Birla group touches our lives in so many ways. A brand in which we all trust, we all depend.

My most prized possession has been my notebook from class 4, when I got five stars and a “very good work” on a homework which had to be submitted at my new school where I had taken admission a week and a half back. I had struggled a lot to complete it. My father had a transferable job, so we had to keep shifting from one state to another. This also meant changing my school every now and then and even the school syllabus and that extra linguistic subject would change. This was one such homework. My mom taught me, how much ever difficult the situation is, never give up, winners are not people who never fail, but people who never quit. And this appreciation was the validation of it.

At my job, I was working on  a very critical project. A place where there could be no margin for error, as a single tiny error from our side would have costed our clients and the organisation a huge loss. The job also involved a lot of work and long working hours to ensure perfection. Coming from a different academic background than what was offered at job, I initially had to struggle to make a mark. I have never given up on what I decide to accomplish, this challenge was no different. It reminded me of my childhood struggles. I worked on myself with all dedication and sincerity. I learnt from others, and through my hardship. All difficulties teach us a lot and shape us as we are today. The ones who learn from it, shape it beautifully, making rest of the path easier. It developed my skill to pay attention to details and pursue perfection in whatever I do. I kept working hard and put sincere efforts and was appreciated by my manager for the punctual and error free deliveries. I took initiative to implement a new feature into the system, and worked on it individually. The feature was highly appreciated by the clients.
