Aditya Birla group, the brand which resonates the Indian minds ever since Indian Independence, even after catering stellar products & services in the domestic market, it has also created impact globally. I cannot count the number of times I have seen UltraTech Cement advertisements from my childhood.

I still remember going to Pantaloons every weekend as a child, looking forward to buying those cute kid clothes. And then growing up and waiting eagerly for those teen apparels. One brand that has a special place in my heart is VanHeusen. I got my first formal suit from VanHeusen when I had to go for giving MBA interviews. Even after getting other formals now, that one suit will always be unique.

My lunchbox was always packed with Freshwrap, gazillion number of aluminum foils are in the market but the trust is on it. Brands like Forever 21 and Louis Philippe are my go-to brands always. Getting bag from Ted Baker from my first salary will always be a precious moment in my life.

The bond, the trust, the woo factors all these comprise together to make ABG what today it is. ABG as a group isn’t just reflecting on individuals in their personal lives but also on businesses across multiple domains. Concluding, I would like to thank ABG for easing our lives by offering such multiple brands for all our needs.

Talking about my ways to tackle the goals and missions in my life, I will start with the most important thing that everyone should learn about is having a calm and composed mindset whenever they get caught in a struggle in personal life.

The most challenging phase of my life was my fourth year during engineering. I had to give my CAT exam that year and also I was preparing for the campus interviews at the same time since I wanted to have a backup. Campus placements started in August and managing coaching classes, CAT preparation, interview preparation and also college schedule along with that was a big task for me. But having proper schedules for everything was what that helped me get selected for the first company on campus.

I faced something similar again in the eighth semester when I had to go for Delhi for MBA interviews. Almost every week, I had to travel for giving interviews for various colleges. At the same time, I had to cope up with my academic studies and also the final project. Getting through all this with flying colours was a huge milestone in my life.

I have come to realize, everyone gets discouraged, resists change, feels fear and experiences failure. Sometimes, what happens to us is not our choice, but how we use that to shape our life is our choice. I chose not to return empty handed but to learn invaluable lessons from these experiences and still remain open to learn from new experiences in life.
