The biggest challenge in my life was to cut down my body weight from 98 kg to 58 kg. Eversince I was a kid, I was overweight which initially never bothered me but as I grew older, it started to affect my self confidence and eventually resulted into me isolating myself completely. Two years ago, when I started my weight loss journey, I knew it was going to take a lot of effort and patience but I never gave up. There were weeks when I didn't see any result but my consistency, hardwork and dedication kept me going. The entire journey has not only boosted my confidence but has also made me mentally strong and dedicated towards my desired goal.
