The company was able to grow in key national industries such as copper, cement, and aluminum after India got Independence in 1947. It has made major contributions along with Mahatma Gandhi during the national Independence movement held in India. With products ranging from metal to cosmetics, cement to financial capital and mines to clothing, ABG’s journey has embarked a significant level of motivation in my life. With its diverse range of brands and companies spread not only across India but Worldwide, ABG has made our life much easier. Whether it is famous clothing brands like pantaloons, Forever 21 or one of the largest oil reserves industry, it has surely made a positive impact on all our lives.
One of the key areas where Aditya Birla group has made a major contribution to my life is the risk-taking strategy. The company started as an aluminum industry and gradually with changing market situations, it has expanded its marketing area. Aditya Birla was one of the first Indian industrialists who established their plants in international market like south east, Philippines and Egypt constituting more than 60 percent share. This risk-taking approach he acquired motivates me to grab every opportunity in my life and act despite contingencies and dynamic situations. Another milestone of ABG’s success in transforming underprivileged communities across India i.e with the motto of “giving back to society” has motivated me for doing philanthropic activities. A group with its recognition in India since centuries has surely made me learn one of the important aspect “Management
