Aditya Birla Group the name itself positions image of trust and loyalty of the group towards not only consumers but towards their employees also and being rated highly to be the place to work in and is the dream company of many management students from top Business schools.Today the group comprises of thriving businesses operating across fourteen sectors and  being the undisputed leader in several sectors, and enjoying an inevitable position in others, making Aditya Birla Group one of the largest conglomerates of India.

The steps taken by the group towards sustainability working and also the CSR initiative towards social welfare across health, education, infrastructure and empowerment taken by them itself speaks in volume about the values and mission of the company and has been successful in creating an emotional connection towards the group.

It is impossible in today’s life for anyone to keep away from the products and services under the ABG’s umbrella, it is directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly affecting the lives of billions of people.  Every day, a rational consumer make choices and use varieties of products, when a consumer prefer some brands and wishes to be loyal to his/her brand, he gets affected by any decision that the brand makes. If the majority of the brands that are used by a consumer are owned by a single group, then that group has a major effect on the consumer’s life. Such is the case with Aditya Birla Group.

I personally interact with lots of ABG’s product in  my daily routine, but what created an impact in my life then just their products is the values, philosophy, passion and belief of the organisation. The leadership and financial prudence of Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla plays a vital role in giving the brand  global recognition across 36 countries. I was greatly moved by his “ Failure is not fatal, failure is inevitable. If you don’t fail, perhaps meant you are not taking enough risks” and can directly relate to it.

During my engineering entrance exams I worked really hard for the entire period and was scoring really well in papers,  but became lax during the final phase of preparations as a result I could not succeed and failed to clear the IIT-JEE one of the biggest exam in my life, That failure was a setback for me and the time was very difficult for me , However I cleared AIEEE which helped me to get into NIT.  I made it a point to learn from this mistake and not repeat the same mistake and utilize every opportunity and give my 100% until I complete the task. Life gave me another opportunity of similar situation for my mba entrance exam, I tried my best and this time I made sure to put enough effort to not regret later. This time my efforts paid off and I made it big by getting into India’s one of the top B-school and also thrive for more future endeavors and opportunities without the fear of failure.
